WEEK 4 There is really no 'new' news this week on the underground pipes and foundation since it has been raining, on and off, this entire week. Now that the rain has passed, the inspectors can come in and check the entire system without scuba gear.  For the most part, all of the underground pipe is in, conduits for in-slab floor outlets are in, and the system has been pressurized for over a week with no obvious or apparent leaks, which is a good thing. Once the inspections are finished, the crews will backfill with gravel and dirt, and prepping for the foundation will begin. Pretty standard stuff. On the good news side, we have almost completed the landscape design for the front and backyard, at least all of the 'hardscape' and pool areas. The plants will probably need some massaging as Jan gets into what she wants vs what the landscape architect has proposed.
